Samuel (Sam) Messinger is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial expert with a wealth of experience in accounting, finance, and wealth planning. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University and a Master’s in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, Sam is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, a Certified Financial Planner, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is also a respected member of both the Florida and American Institute of CPAs.
Sam’s career journey began in public accounting, where he honed his skills in tax planning, preparation, and auditing. His passion for helping clients achieve financial success led him to transition into wealth planning at one of the world’s largest private banks. There, he worked closely with ultra-high net worth clients, assisting them in creating, preserving, and transferring their wealth.
Driven by a desire to empower entrepreneurs and business leaders, Sam leveraged his extensive experience to establish Messinger and Associates.
